Efficient Stamping Line
A key facility of Vscon is an efficient stamping line. Vscon has several efficient stamping lines with speeds of up to 1000 SPM. These stamping lines can carry a tonnage between 25 and 60. The length of the tool handled can cross over a meter. Vscon has processes to manage complicated bending parts to cope with precise inspection requirements following IATF-certified production process. Vscon is also planning to invest in Dual-camera online inspection systems with several press lines to meet the customer requirements. We have a capacity of producing over 2 million parts a day to manage all demands.
