QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Top management has a system to ensure that quality objectives, including those needed to meet requirements for product are established at relevant functions and levels within the organization. The quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the quality policy. Quality objectives are defined and are mentioned in the business plan of the company. Business plan has covered all the objectives of the company in the mode of specific, measurable, time bounded and achievable.
